Job summary

Lyra Health in the United States is seeking a Clinical Care Navigator on the Organizational Services Team to support companies and employees facing moments of challenge, change, or crisis. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required.
• Two years post license experience; EAP/clinical call center experience or organizational consulting preferred.
• Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to leaders, HR, and ER teams on employee behavioral health concerns, workplace dynamics, and appropriate support strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) responses, including identifying responders and follow-up care outreach.
• Deliver discreet, high-touch clinical support to executives and VIP employees, ensuring timely handling of complex concerns.
• Respond to calls and emails from HR, ER, and benefits leaders with clinical expertise and Lyra resource guidance.
• Identify roadblocks to clinical care options using Lyra’s software and connect clients to ideal treatment based on needs and preferences.
