Job summary

Aspiranet seeks a visionary Youth Residential & Crisis Services Director to lead its Hope Forward Residential site in Turlock, CA. You will provide strategic direction, oversee financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive workforce development across California's residential programs.

Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, you will build strong partnerships with county agencies and stakeholders, foster high-performing teams, and advance organizational growth while delivering

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• California licensure preferred but not required unless mandated.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership in residential/human services.
• Experience with budgets, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple residential programs.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and long-term fiscal sustainability.
• Lead CQI initiatives and improve program outcomes.
• Partner with county agencies, funders, and community stakeholders.
