Job summary

Aspiranet seeks a visionary Division Director to lead the Residential Services Division across California. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this executive role sets strategic direction, ensures program excellence, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship for youth and families.

Primarily on-site with statewide travel, this leader will build high-performing teams, drive CQI, partnerships with county agencies, and growth across residential operations while upholding Aspiranet's mission.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of senior leadership experience overseeing complex residential or human services programs.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with large operating budgets and financial planning.
• Knowledge of licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel statewide.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Residential Division in California.
• Lead development, implementation, evaluation, and expansion of residential programs.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through RFPs, RFQs, grants, and partnerships.
• Serve as the executive representative with county agencies, state departments, licensing bodies, funders, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee divisional budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and long-term fiscal sustainability.
• Lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives to strengthen program outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
