Job summary

Youth For Christ USA seeks an Executive Director (Head of the Lakes), to guide a growing ministry serving Duluth and surrounding communities. You will lead staff and volunteers, nurture church partnerships, and advance Campus Life and Juvenile Justice ministry while coordinating donor development and communications.

The role requires a leader who loves Jesus and young people, with initiative, humility, and a hands-on approach to move the ministry forward.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in youth ministry or nonprofit settings.
• Experience in budget stewardship and donor development.
• Strong relationship building with churches, schools, volunteers, and donors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a five-year strategic plan and yearly marketing plan.
• Mentor staff and volunteers; build partnerships with churches and pastors.
• Lead donor development, fundraising events, and communication with supporters.
• Oversee ministry programs, Campus Life and Juvenile Justice initiatives.
• Model Christ-centered leadership while ensuring governance and compliance.
