Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Graduate degree in Business, Architecture, Real Estate preferred.
• 15+ years of experience, incl. 5+ years PM, 10+ years in senior leadership.
• Senior leadership in Architecture/Engineering/Real Estate or Workplace Strategy.
• Proven track record in real estate development and campus planning at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise workplace strategy for the South San Francisco campus and related sites, setting long-term vision and investment roadmaps.
• Provide executive leadership to a large Workplace Delivery organization.
• Refine the operating model for Workplace Delivery to enable agility and accountability.
• Oversee Design Studio for interior architecture, lab design and workplace configuration strategies.
• Direct real estate and portfolio strategy for SSF campus, including transactions and lease strategy.
• Ensure delivery of workplaces across office, labs, manufacturing and infrastructure to meet business outcomes.
• Advise senior leaders translating business and portfolio strategies into workspace solutions.
• Represent Genentech and Roche leadership on workplace, campus, engineering, and real estate matters.
