Central New Mexico Community College is seeking an Executive Director of Workforce Strategy to lead CNM’s enterprise workforce strategy across education, training, and industry partnerships. This senior role advises executive leadership on workforce trends and investments and drives cross-functional initiatives with CNM, CNMI, CNM Foundation, and external partners.

The position shapes regional workforce priorities, aligns programs with labor market intelligence, and scales high-impact workforce

Qualifikationen

• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in workforce development, economic development, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and building partnerships across multiple stakeholders and funding sources.

• Lead development and execution of enterprise workforce strategy aligning education, employer demand, and regional needs.
• Advise executive leadership on workforce trends, investments, and program opportunities.
• Establish performance measures and accountability for workforce strategies and investments.
• Direct relationships with employers, industry, and workforce organizations to advance shared objectives.
• Represent CNM in regional and statewide workforce and economic development initiatives.
