Job summary

Patriots’ Hall of Dripping Springs seeks an Executive Director to lead a veteran-focused nonprofit on a 10-acre campus. The role drives strategy, fundraising, programs, and community partnerships, with 4 days/week in the Dripping Springs campus and periods of evening/weekend engagement.

You’ll work closely with a Board of Directors, manage a lean team, and ensure financial sustainability while expanding impact for veterans and families in Central Texas.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in nonprofit or mission-driven work.
• Strong track record in fundraising and donor stewardship.
• Experience with budget oversight and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and execute strategic plans aligned with the board’s priorities.
• Lead fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, and revenue growth.
• Oversee programs, finance, operations, and campus facilities.
