Job summary

CVS Health in Hartford, CT seeks an Executive Director for Value-Based Care Financial Operations to lead financial operations across Medicare, Commercial, and Specialty value-based programs. You will own accruals, provider economics, settlements, and forecasting, partnering with Finance, Actuarial, Network, and Technology leaders to translate complex arrangements into scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance and related fields.
• 5+ years leading managers and high-performing teams; 8+ years preferred.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, accruals, forecasting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise VBC financial reporting, accruals and forecasting.
• Oversee provider settlements, shared savings, incentives, and capitation models.
• Ensure scalable, compliant payment operations and reconciliations.
• Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Network and Operations leaders.
• Drive automation to improve accuracy and reduce administrative burden.
• Provide senior leadership with insights into financial drivers and variances.
