Responsibilities

• Leads department and manages day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Ensures compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls by developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Leads budgeting and forecasting processes for accounting areas owned, collaborating with relevant teams to develop accurate plans.
• Develops relationships with leaders across the organization to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
• Formulates financial strategies and long-term plans in collaboration with senior management to align with organizational goals.
• Implements best practices, technology solutions, and process improvements to optimize financial operations.
• Manages budget, performance, and compliance; implements workforce and succession plans.
• Establishes performance expectations and promotes continuous improvement and engagement.
