Qualifications

• MD (specialist in TA) with extensive clinical drug development experience.
• PhD with 10+ years in TA and broad development experience.
• Strong ethics and patient-focused mindset.
• Deep knowledge of medicine strategy and TA vision.
• Ability to evaluate study concepts including background, size, statistics, design, timing, budgeting.
• Proven leadership to drive high-priority projects in global matrix teams.
• Strong strategic mindset and excellent communications, influencing, presentation skills.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships with regulators and thought leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical development strategy for designated programs within an integrated evidence framework.
• Lead medical strategy to drive program deliverables across development stages.
• Chair cross-functional evidence teams and manage budget for designated programs.
• Ensure data presentation quality and regional input alignment across studies.
• Define medical digital strategy early in project life cycle and liaise with digital leads.
