Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in urban redevelopment or related field.
• Demonstrated senior leadership guiding strategy, operations, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) with overall strategic direction and operational performance.
• Represent the authority with the board, elected officials, and community stakeholders.
• Drive execution of complex redevelopment initiatives and ensure fiscal stewardship.
