Galderma seeks an Executive Director, U.S. Medical Affairs, Prescription Dermatology, to lead the strategic direction and excellence in execution for the Medical Affairs franchise in the United States.

You will shape the evidence-generation plan, oversee medical information and communications, and ensure compliant scientific exchange while partnering with Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial teams. Strong leadership and dermatology expertise are required.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Medical Strategy, or related pharmaceutical or biotechnology functions.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required, preferably MD, PhD, or PharmD.
• Demonstrated senior-level leadership of U.S. Medical Affairs strategy, including product launch and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading multifunctional medical organizations with people leaders and senior professionals.
• Deep expertise in dermatology, immunology, inflammation, or a closely related therapeutic area.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, and compliant scientific exchange.

• Lead integrated U.S. Medical Affairs strategy and annual operating plan for Prescription Dermatology.
• Serve as senior medical strategic partner to cross-functional leaders.
• Shape medical strategy based on disease state, evidence gaps, and stakeholder needs.
• Oversee safety surveillance, adverse-event reporting, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing U.S. Medical Affairs organization with clear goals and development plans.
