Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Proven ability to lead a desk research/analytics function with impact on trading decisions
• Deep expertise in U.S. Gas markets: market structure, pricing drivers, basis dynamics

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a U.S. Gas desk research/analytics platform with institutional-quality deliverables
• Set operating cadence for market intelligence to ensure timely, decision-useful communication
• Monitor fundamentals and market structure and translate into actionable positioning playbooks
• Develop analytics supporting portfolio construction and monetization discipline
• Partner with Sales/Structuring to support client solutions with market color and trade rationale
• Drive data, tooling, and reporting enhancements with Technology and QR
