Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead Valparaiso Care and Rehab. This role balances strategic leadership with compassionate, resident‑centered care.

The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, oversee budget and census growth, and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines while fostering teamwork with staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Administrator (HFA).
• Experience in health, human services and/or community services field.
• Willing to work varying hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and clinical performance at Valparaiso Care and Rehab.
• Balance budget, census development and revenue growth with cost control.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State guidelines and resident safety.
