Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Adversary Research to lead a team tasked with discovering, tracking, and explaining sophisticated cyber threats.

The role defines strategy, directs complex investigations, and translates findings into actionable intelligence and durable detections for strong security outcomes. You will guide investigations across endpoints, networks, malware, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, adversary research, threat hunting, malware analysis, incident response, or a related discipline.
• Three+ years of experience leading people, research programs, or multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Proven track record building or maturing threat intelligence or adversary research functions.
• Deep understanding of the intelligence lifecycle and all-source analysis.
• Strong knowledge of nation-state, cybercriminal, ransomware, initial-access, and malware ecosystems.
• Experience translating intelligence into detections, hunting strategies, or product improvements.
• Familiarity with YARA, Sigma, SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and threat intel platforms.

Responsabilités

• Define the strategy, priorities, and operating model for the Adversary Research team.
• Lead, coach, and develop threat researchers and analysts.
• Direct research into nation-state groups, cybercriminals, ransomware operations, and malware campaigns.
• Oversee proactive hunting across large-scale telemetry to identify campaigns and patterns.
• Establish rigorous standards for actor tracking, attribution, and analytical confidence.
• Guide advanced malware analysis, threat hunting, and development of detections and tooling.
• Partner with multiple teams to operationalize findings and drive product improvements.
• Produce tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence for technical, executive, customer, and public audiences.
