Qualifications

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking and onboarding software.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads talent acquisition programs and onboarding.
• Leads the talent acquisition team and sets goals.
• Develops long- and short-term recruitment strategies.
• Develops partnerships with organizations and institutions.
• Owns budget and vendor relationships.
