Qualifications

Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field.
Minimum five years of relevant experience in higher education.
At least three years supervising professional staff.
Experience using data and assessment to inform decisions.
Ability to lead across multiple departments and functions.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across Student Life, Testing Services, and Career and Transfer Services.
Coach department leaders and ensure program alignment with college goals.
Promote collaboration and proactive student engagement.
Monitor service utilization and outcomes to drive improvements.
Represent the portfolio on College committees and external partners.
Travel regularly among Germanna locations as required.
