Job summary

University at Albany is seeking an Executive Director for Strategic Partnerships with India to lead development and implementation of international partnerships, enrollment, and industry collaboration. You will report to the VP for Research and Economic Development and work with academic leaders, deans, and partner institutions in India, including RUAS and RISM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in higher education.
• Experience with international programs and India.
• Experience developing international partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Expand and implement strategic goals for India partnerships and related programs.
• Coordinate with Academic Affairs, Research and Economic Development, Student Affairs, Enrollment, and Communications to align goals.
• Collaborate with in-country representative to assist recruitment in India and beyond.
• Strengthen presence in India, especially Bengaluru, with prospective students, institutions, and industry partners.
• Develop relationships with RUAS, RISM, and other Indian and global partners; monitor progress and outcomes.
