The Alliance seeks a strategic Executive Director to lead fundraising, staff development, and organizational operations in collaboration with the Board of Directors. This role will shape long-term impact for survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Chaffee County and beyond.

As a key leader, you will oversee development, finance, grants, and public relations, while guiding staff and volunteers toward effective service delivery and organizational stability.

Formación

• Passion for and commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
• Progressive leadership experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting, with ability to motivate and supervise staff, volunteers, and partners.
• Experience with fundraising, grant management, donor relations, or resource development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing organizational budgets and financial accountability.
• Ability to analyze data to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee fundraising strategy and implementation, including major donor engagement and events.
• Direct financial management and annual budgeting with regular reporting.
• Prepare and submit grant applications and reports in collaboration with staff.
• Provide supervision and development for staff and volunteers.
• Support board communications and development plans with the Board of Directors.
• Lead marketing and outreach efforts in coordination with the board and staff.
• Contribute to program oversight and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
