Job summary

The University Industry Demonstration Partnership is seeking a professional to work with PCI and PSOM leadership to develop strategic outreach plans that align with industry priorities. This role involves creating targeted lists of companies and agencies, developing relationships with decision makers, and supporting PSOM's research goals through industry partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project ownership and relationship-building skills, with extensive experience in business development, preferably in the biotech or healthcare sectors. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees and significant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in business development, corporate strategy, and alliance management.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex research/commercialization alliances.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a strategic outreach plan for PSOM.
• Build relationships with external decision makers and identify strategic goals.
• Steward potential partnership opportunities with PCI and PSOM colleagues.
