Job summary
Sterling Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing community in Indiana. You will oversee clinical, financial, regulatory, and HR functions while building a strong team culture and driving census growth to deliver outstanding resident care.
This role requires an active NHA license, 2–3 years in senior leadership, and deep knowledge of CMS regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of practice.
- 2–3 years of experience as a licensed Administrator or Executive Director in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and state survey processes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, census development, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead and retain an interdisciplinary leadership team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across all departments and shifts.
- Develop and retain a high-performing interdisciplinary leadership team.
- Foster accountability, compassion, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
- Ensure CMS/state compliance and prepare for surveys and inspections.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and census development.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention.
