Job summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a Texas/Oklahoma senior living community. You will oversee operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while driving occupancy and revenue growth.

A resident-focused approach and strong stakeholder engagement are essential. Ideal candidates bring at least three years of managerial experience in senior living or healthcare, plus a Bachelor's degree and administrator licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years in managerial roles, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Experience in hiring, coaching and daily operations supervision.
• Sales experience is preferred; ability to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ability to manage operating expenses and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community in line with Owners/Board guidelines.
• Communicate a resident-centered vision and strong customer focus.
• Develop local business relationships to drive referrals and occupancy.
• Implement external development strategies to maximize revenue and market position.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate resident records.
• Meet financial targets and oversee operating programs and budgets.
• Monitor NOI, occupancy, and department cost controls.
• Oversee all departments to ensure efficient operations and budgeting.
