Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking an Executive Director to oversee all operations of Juniper Village at South Hills, including personal care and memory care, as the managing executive. The role commands responsibility for budgeting, staffing, safety, and resident satisfaction.

The position offers a base salary of $120,000 per year with a $25,000 bonus package. A Bachelor's degree is required with five years of leadership experience in senior living; Pennsylvania PCHA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is desirable.
• At least five years of leadership/management in senior living or healthcare.
• PCHA Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator certification required.
• Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred.
• Meet state licensure/certification requirements.
• Valid and clear state driver�s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise management team: hire, train, develop, retain, motivate, and evaluate staff.
• Develop and implement performance goals, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget to meet targets.
• Foster positive communication with staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure high quality service across departments and shifts.
