The Addison of Clermont, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks an Executive Director to drive overall community success in Clermont, FL. You’ll own resident experience, team leadership, financial results and regulatory compliance, with a strategic, hands-on leadership approach.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years in Executive Director or senior leadership within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• State-required administrator license/certification where applicable, or ability to obtain.
• Proven occupancy, financial, and quality outcomes track record.

Mansioni

• Lead all community operations to meet quality, service, occupancy and financial goals.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company standards.
• Set a culture of accountability, hospitality and excellence.
• Oversee resident care policies, assessments and service planning.
• Partner with Sales to meet occupancy targets and grow community presence.
• Manage budget, financial records and accounts receivable.
