Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead the community, oversee all operations, and supervise staff. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, strong team leadership, and strong financial performance.

The ED will drive sales initiatives, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe and engaging environment for residents and employees. Strong experience in healthcare administration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or health care administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in supervising and management.
• Two years' experience in a senior living environment or equivalent.
• Required experience as an Executive Director in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community’s sales and marketing efforts to maintain census and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee staff recruitment, development and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership to the community leadership team and develop annual plans.
• Monitor resident care and engagement; promote resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, positive work environment for residents, families and staff.
