Qualifications

• Degree in healthcare, business, nursing, geriatrics, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in senior housing, healthcare, or related industry required.
• At least 2 years of experience managing staff and a budget.
• Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Comfort with technology and daily computer use.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Strong relationship-building skills with team, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach department heads to build high-performing teams.
• Partner with families, service providers, and staff to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
• Drive occupancy to 95%+ and oversee sales, marketing, and outreach.
• Build and manage the annual community budget and oversee billing and expenses.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and a positive culture across the community.
