Job summary

FellowshipLIFE in Freehold, NJ seeks an Executive Director to lead a large Life Plan Community. The role oversees operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and strategic growth, acting as the campus General Manager in collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and Board.

The Executive Director will drive census growth, capital projects, and community culture, maintaining a strong onsite presence and active engagement with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within Senior Living, Life Plan Communities (CCRCs), Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Healthcare Operations, Hospitality, or similarly complex service environments.
• Experience leading multi-department operations with responsibility for budgets, staffing, compliance, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue enhancement, census management, and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall community operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, resident experience, and strategic planning.
• Direct key operational leaders and partner with corporate teams on capital improvements and growth initiatives.
• Ensure strong occupancy and sales through excellent community presentation and effective turnover management.
