Job summary

VOANS's Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE is seeking an Executive Director to lead program operations, clinical coordination, and community partnerships. The role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and deep understanding of elder care to ensure quality, compliance, and participant well-being across Montrose and Eckert.

Salary ranges from $128,000 to $150,000 per year with benefits. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM, with occasional weekends and travel between Montrose and Eckert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 10 years management experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare experience and 3 years management in geriatric care.
• Experience with frail or elderly populations is required.
• Must have valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the overall program strategy and operations for the PACE Executive Director role.
• Manage internal operations and ensure alignment with VOANS mission and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate planning, organization, and day-to-day program activities.
• Oversee budgeting and financial resource management for the program.
• Provide leadership across Human Resources and staff development.
• Act as catalyst, facilitator, and communicator to achieve goals and assess outcomes.
