Job summary

Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE, a program of Volunteers of America, is seeking an Executive Director in Eckert, CO who will lead operations across Montrose and Eckert.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years healthcare leadership, and strong governance skills. Travel between sites is required; salary ranges from $128k to $150k per year, with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field; ten years management may substitute.
• Five or more years of health care experience and three or more years in management, preferably in geriatric care.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and transportation.
• Medical clearance and up-to-date immunizations before participant contact.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the program across Montrose and Eckert.
• Oversee operations, planning, HR, and program quality.
• Coordinate with PACE operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the team to promote a collaborative, compassionate environment.
• Act as liaison with community and external partners.
