Job summary

ShimentoX Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep knowledge of DTC/DTCC operations and capital markets transformation. The role focuses on end-to-end program governance, cross-functional collaboration, and complex system changes within financial institutions.

You will drive roadmaps, manage budgets, coordinate technology, compliance, and operations teams, and ensure regulatory alignment across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management within banking, financial services, or capital markets.
• Experience managing DTC/DTCC-related initiatives or securities post-trade transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of securities clearing, settlement, custody, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for DTC/DTCC-related banking and capital markets initiatives.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders.
• Manage initiatives involving securities clearing, settlement, custody, reconciliation, and post-trade processing.
• Drive implementation of regulatory, operational, and technology changes impacting DTCC/DTC processes.
• Oversee program governance, steering committee meetings, executive reporting, RAID logs, and escalation management.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define requirements, assess impacts, and drive solution delivery.
• Manage system integration, testing, UAT, implementation readiness, and production deployment.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and banking industry standards.
• Manage third-party vendors, technology partners, and external stakeholder dependencies.
• Track program KPIs, delivery progress, financials, and outcomes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
