Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital in Chandler seeks an Executive Director for our Residential Treatment Center to lead clinical programs, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive continuous improvement across the continuum of care.

The role requires strong leadership, 4+ years in clinical settings, and experience supervising teams within an accredited behavioral health environment. Collaboration with hospital leadership and community partners is essential.

Formación

• License-bearing Master’s or Doctorate in Behavioral or Mental Health.
• Minimum of 4 years’ clinical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS, CARF standards.
