Job summary

YKHC seeks a Director of Residential Services to provide direct clinical oversight of BH residential facilities across Bethel and the Southwest Alaska region. You will oversee budgets, ensure compliance with state and national standards, and guide clinical staff with a focus on safety and therapeutic engagement.

Requirements include a Master’s in a related field, Alaska licensure eligibility (LPC/LMFT/LCSW), and several years of supervisory BH residential experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services related field required.
• Alaska licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or eligible for licensure required.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory and clinical BH residential services experience.
• Alaska Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
• Solid computer skills and experience with records systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical oversight and direction to BH residential facilities.
• Ensure budgets, scorecards, policies, and licenses meet standards.
• Supervise clinical coordinators and coordinators in residential facilities.
• Support wraparound services and care coordination with multidisciplinary team.
