Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Bethel, Alaska, seeks a Director of Emergency Services to provide direct clinical and administrative oversight of Emergency Services, Crisis Respite Center and CISM programs within the behavioral health department. You will coordinate all facets of service delivery and ensure program compliance with Joint Commission, Medicaid and licensing requirements.

The role requires a masters degree and/or licensure (LSW/LPC/LMFT or psychology certification), plus

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in mental health treatment.
• Outpatient and Residential experience preferred.
• Licensed Social Worker, LPC or LMFT, or Certification in Psychology.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Operate motor vehicle preferred.
• Direct supervision of clinical staff and other staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (Joint Commission, Medicaid, licensing).

Responsibilities
