Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years in government, public policy, think tank, or similar policy-focused environment.
• Background in public policy or economics with demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience leading strategic communications, stakeholder outreach, and event planning initiatives.
• Familiarity with the national media and public policy landscape, particularly in the economic policy field.
• Experience supervising staff and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute THP’s outreach and communications strategy in collaboration with ES and Central Communications.
• Plan public policy forums and events showcasing THP’s work; oversee event logistics with support from the Assistant Director.
• Manage day-to-day operations, HR-related activities, budget development, and donor stewardship for THP.
• Collaborate on policy agenda, research publications, and policy proposals; monitor legislative developments.
