The Norfolk (VA) Redevelopment and Housing Authority is seeking an Executive Director to lead and manage its portfolio of 3024 housing choice vouchers, 2004 owned housing units, 839 project-based vouchers, and a $42.5 million CHI Implementation Grant. The salary range is in the 250K to $300K range.
This pivotal leadership role requires strategic oversight of operations, policy development, and collaboration with stakeholders to advance NRHA’s mission in Norfolk, Virginia.
