Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive executive-level experience leading enterprise-wide proposal management functions with proven win success.
• Experience directing multiple high-value, complex proposals.
• Knowledge of government acquisition processes and evaluation criteria.
• Strong leadership in building proposal organizations and processes.
• Advanced writing and content development for executive narratives.
• Experience with proposal automation tools or AI-enabled content management systems.
