Job summary

Broad Street Love is seeking an experienced Chief Program Officer to lead the organization’s largest division and shape the future of our mission. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CPO will provide strategic leadership for all program operations while building a culture grounded in Radical Hospitality, accountability, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent executive leadership experience).
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in human services, healthcare, behavioral health, homelessness, or related field.
• 5+ years leading multiple departments or complex program operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of directors, managers, and program staff.
• Translate organizational strategy into measurable operational priorities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to advance organizational goals.
• Provide executive oversight for all program and guest service operations.
• Ensure programs deliver high-quality, guest-centered services rooted in Radical Hospitality.
• Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery through data, evidence, and community feedback.
• Strengthen coordination among internal programs and external service partners to create an integrated guest experience.
