Job summary

The role will oversee a broad network of community-based programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services and strengthening organizational effectiveness.

You will drive operational excellence, fiscal sustainability, and long-term growth while mentoring senior leaders and advancing workforce development across sites.

Qualifications

• Forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation experience.
