Job summary

Amgen is seeking an experienced Corporate Affairs leader to drive MariTide product communications across launch readiness, lifecycle management, and future indications. You will translate scientific insight into compelling narratives, align plans with commercial, medical, regulatory, and market access teams, and advise senior leaders on risks and opportunities.

You will build a high-performing team, lead editorial and digital strategies, and measure impact with analytics to protect and advance

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex science into compelling communications for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Ability to influence senior executives and lead in a highly matrixed global organization.
• Experience leading integrated product communications with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory and Market Access.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing communications teams.
• Experience using analytics and AI-enabled tools to optimize strategy and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Affairs product communications strategy for MariTide across launch readiness, lifecycle management, and future indications.
• Develop differentiated product narratives grounded in science, patient insights and unmet need to reinforce MariTide’s value.
• Translate the broader Corporate Affairs strategy into integrated plans engaging patients, clinicians and policymakers.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on opportunities, risks and reputation.
• Oversee integrated communications planning across Corporate Affairs and cross-functional partners.
• Represent Corporate Affairs in cross-functional launch planning and governance forums.
• Lead content, digital and executive communications to create a cohesive strategy.
• Drive an integrated content ecosystem across earned, owned and digital channels using analytics.
