Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Direct-to-Patient for MariTide to lead the U.S. launch.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across marketing, medical, regulatory, and operations to deliver an integrated DTP experience, from intake through fulfillment, with a focus on patient access and adherence. The role requires strong program management, governance, and data-driven decision-making in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate’s or high school with program/project management experience.
Experience in digital health, pharma/biotech commercialization, or operations is advantageous.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Build and own the integrated DTP launch plan and roadmaps spanning intake, telehealth, prescribing, fulfillment, billing, and patient support.
Coordinate execution across Marketing, Value & Access, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Tax, Operations, and CD&A.
Plan and manage UAT and end-to-end testing across the patient journey; track defects to closure.
Monitor partner readiness and SLA commitments to ensure launch readiness.
Establish and run the program operating rhythm with governance and reporting cadence.
