Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of commercial, digital health, operations, or marketing experience.
• Master’s degree with 7 years of commercial, digital health, operations, or marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of such experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational design and execution of intake workflows, benefits verification, and prior authorization within the DTP channel.
• Define governance and drive KPI reporting for intake, fulfillment, and patient support processes.
• Lead a team of Sr. Managers and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure launch readiness.
