Job summary

Amgen seeks a Director of Corporate Affairs to lead the integrated global communications strategy for MariTide across obesity indications. This remote US role reports to the Director of Global MariTide Communications and partners with Medical, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial and Investor Relations teams.

You will develop indication-specific narratives, manage data milestone communications, and ensure messaging is aligned with cross-functional launch planning and affiliate activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated global communications strategies.
• Experience supporting product launches in a competitive biotechnology or healthcare market.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear communications for multiple audiences.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated global communications strategies for MariTide across obesity indications.
• Translate strategy into indication-specific communications plans and execution milestones.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Medical, Regulatory, Clinical Development, Commercial and Investor Relations.
• Drive messaging for key data milestones, regulatory updates, and clinical launches.
• Support internal and external communications and thought leadership across affiliates.
• Ensure alignment of communications with global launch planning and cross-functional teams.
• Advise on disease education and stakeholder engagement strategies.
