Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership in home health care or related field.
• Current RN license or equivalent clinical background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Private Duty Home Care agency.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Recruit, train and evaluate home care staff.
• Develop and implement plans for growth and service quality.
• Manage patient care services and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing to strengthen community referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation and records.
• Provide hands-on patient care when necessary.
