AdvisaCare is seeking a Hospice Administrator to lead an inter-disciplinary team at our Charlevoix location. You will oversee clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and growth strategies to deliver high-quality home health and hospice services.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a preference for prior hospice leadership and established community relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of home health care leadership.
• RN license or PT license.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and business functions of the agency.
• Oversee budget, operations, billing and compliance.
• Market and promote services in the community.
• Ensure plan of care is followed by staff.
