Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 12+ years of applied experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java/J2EE and/or Python, with agentic AI, NLP, ML on AWS.
• Experience leading AI-powered products as Product Owner or Product Manager; strong financial services understanding.

Responsibilities

• Creates complex, scalable coding frameworks; develop secure, production-grade code and review peers.
• Lead integration of intelligent agents into enterprise systems; translate AI concepts to measurable business outcomes.
• Architect agentic AI workflows with guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, and reuse.
