Job summary

Merrill Gardens in Boise, Idaho seeks a Senior Living Sales Director (Community Relations Director) to lead community outreach, drive occupancy, and manage the end-to-end sales process within a vibrant senior living community.

The role partners with GM, Marketing, and Operations, reporting on trends and results while developing innovative sales plans and relationships with referral sources to support growth.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications preferred.
• Three-plus years sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieves and maintains a high occupancy percentage.
• Maintains the sales tracking system for the community and informs GM and Director of Sales of trends.
• Manages the entire sales process: building prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating tours, following up, and securing deposits for move-ins.
• Develops and implements innovative sales/marketing plans.
• Coordinates with Marketing and Activities teams to plan events and outreach to attract residents.
