Responsibilities cover the full contract lifecycle from development to renewals and performance monitoring, with oversight of compensation administration and risk management in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare provider contracting or related roles.
• Experience with FMV and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, administration, compliance, and financial oversight of provider contracts for CHP.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle: development, execution, compensation administration, renewals, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with FMV standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.
