Qualifications
- Extensive leadership in pharmaceutical development and formulation sciences.
- Experience shaping long‑term development strategy and portfolio decisions.
- Deep knowledge of cGMP, regulatory strategy, and commercialization readiness.
- Proven ability to influence executives and align global teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the long‑term vision, strategy, and operating model for Pharmaceutical Development, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership for formulation development, drug product process development, technology transfer, and lifecycle management.
- Serve as a key member of Technical Operations leadership, guiding portfolio decisions and investments.
- Drive innovation through emerging formulation technologies and external partnerships.
- Lead organization‑wide initiatives to enhance capabilities, regulatory readiness, and scalability.
- Oversee development and commercialization strategies for sterile and advanced dosage forms.
