Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Executive Director, P&P Technology & Operations for a hybrid role in the US, headquartered in Princeton, NJ or San Diego, CA.

The leader will design and deliver a multi‑year blueprint integrating P&P operations, technology, data, automation and self‑service to enable scalable, insights‑driven People Operations. The role requires transforming the operating model, expanding self-service, and delivering measurable business and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant progressive experience leading P&P operations, HR technology, service delivery, people analytics or enterprise transformation.
• Track record transforming HR operating model or enterprise service delivery ecosystem.
• Experience building people analytics capabilities with multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state P&P operations and service delivery model, including self-service and automation.
• Build a multiyear transformation roadmap.
• Lead implementation, change, adoption, training and stabilization for major initiatives.
• Build and lead a high‑performing P&P team and manage vendors.
