Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, immunology, translational science, or related discipline.
• Physician training through an MD or DO degree is preferred but not required.
• Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level pediatric development strategy from candidate transition through registration and lifecycle management.
• Develop and execute pediatric plans across indications, including PSPs and PIPs, waivers and deferrals.
• Create integrated translational strategies linking biology, biomarkers, pharmacology, and endpoints to development decisions.
• Evaluate evidence to define extrapolation opportunities and age-group sequencing.
• Partner with Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics to establish pediatric starting doses and dose-escalation approaches.
• Lead pediatric study design and execution including protocol concepts, endpoints, eligibility, and enrollment strategy.
